D. Main performance of the equipment:

a. Active pay-off rack

1. Active pay-off, suitable for pay-off reel Φ 630mm.

2. Shaftless active pay-off, equipped with 5HP German Siemens (SIEMENS) motor+2HP RV reducer and 5HP Hipmount frequency converter.

3. The frequency converter controls the wire tension and automatically adjusts it. The wire speed is synchronized and linked with the frequency converter of the take-up host, and is not limited by the speed of wire release to avoid wire damage caused by stretching, thus ensuring the quality requirements of the cable.

4. Control: All electrical components are imported. Equipped with start, stop, forward rotation, and reverse control devices, it can automatically track the speed of the take-up host and control it in conjunction with the take-up machine. It can automatically stop when the wire is broken.

5. Wire reel lifting: Hydraulic lifting, the base sliding plate can move horizontally, and the wire reel is locked by manual screw.

b. Tension swing arm frame

1. The rack is made of high-quality profile steel and welded steel plates, which are sturdy and beautiful.

2. Alloy aluminum, tension is adjusted by adding or subtracting counterweight blocks to achieve the required online tension, and the tension can be adjusted arbitrarily; The tension of paying off rack can also be automatically controlled through Potentiometer.

3. Automatically track the speed of the take-up host and maintain a constant payout speed and tension.
